Then Click the “Organize” tab on the top-left corner. and the Click “Folder and Search Options”.
Now the Folder Option window will open. Then Click “View” tab.
Make sure the option “Always show icons, Never thumbnails” was “Ticked” as below.
Click OK. That’s all You’ve DONE. !!

This method is know as “Run System File Checker” to scan and check your files. Thats it.

Hi,
my “windows explorer has stopped working” problem occurs only when other user than myself (administrator) logs on. I I log on and switch to another user, the problem does not occur.
I have been all over internet, downloaded and applied all sorts of malware killers. The comp is really clean now. I have executed both chkdsk and sfc. The issue persists.
I would be grateful for any advice you may have for me.
